Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Custom and personalized items (including DTF transfers, apparel, and engraved products) may require additional production time depending on order size and design complexity.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Carrier selection may vary based on order size, weight, and destination.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist when possible.


Damaged Items During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist with a resolution.


Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for select orders. Details and instructions will be provided at checkout if this option is enabled.
