Artwork Requirements

For the best printing results:

Upload a high-resolution PNG file
Use a transparent background
Create artwork at 300 DPI
Arrange designs at the exact size you want them printed
Leave enough space between designs for cutting
Convert text to outlines or flatten your completed artwork
Do not mirror your file unless specifically instructed

Colors may appear lighter on the printed transfer paper. The colors become vibrant after the design is properly heat pressed onto a compatible sublimation blank.

Important Sublimation Information

Sublimation transfers work best on white or light-colored polyester garments and products with a sublimation-compatible polymer coating. Sublimation ink does not print white and will not show correctly on dark-colored materials.

These transfers are not recommended for regular cotton shirts. A heat press is required for application, and pressing instructions may vary depending on the material or blank being used.

Temperature: 312°F (160°C)
Pressure: 60PSI
Time: 12 seconds
Peel: Hot

For best results, pre-press garment for 3-5 seconds to remove moisture. Apply transfer with 60psi pressure.

Remember - TIme, Temperature, Pressure!

All are important to ensure transfers last the life of the garment (25-50 washes) with no cracking.
