  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships

  • We ship primarily via USPS and UPS

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout (when applicable)

  • Local pickup is available in Waverly, Ohio

  • Pickup instructions will be sent once your order is ready

📦 Shipping Delays

Once an order leaves our shop, delivery times are determined by the carrier. HandmadeOhio is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees to reship

  • HandmadeOhio is not responsible for packages delivered to an address provided incorrectly by the customer

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and photos if applicable
    We will assist with filing a claim and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
