At HandmadeOhio, every item is made to order with care and attention to detail. Because many of our products are custom or personalized, we have the following policy in place:
❌ Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized or made-to-order items. This includes custom apparel, tumblers, engraved items, and any product made specifically for you.
✅ Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we’ve got you covered.

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation
🎨 Design Approval & Variations

Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and material differences

📦 Shipping Issues
HandmadeOhio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has left our shop. However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out and we’ll help you file a claim.
🔁 Order Changes or Cancellations
Because orders move quickly into production:
